Cécile DeWitt-Morette

Former UT Austin physicist and astronomer DeWitt-Morette established L’École de Physique des Houches, a school that  revitalized physics in post-World War II Europe and influenced more than 20 individuals who later won Nobel Prizes or Fields Medals.
